Organizational Health Evaluations

NDCG has found that a key characteristic of a successful organization is that it is committed to evaluating employee feedback and making necessary changes over time to continuously improve its operations and quality of work life. 

 

NDCG will work with your management team to develop a customized employee opinion survey that will focus on key areas of interest to management. The survey will be designed to identify trends and needed changes to improve the overall work environment.

 

NDCG will conduct an analysis of the survey results and provide a summary report including key trends for your management team.

Program Evaluations

NDCG works with nonprofit organizations to develop evaluation tools specific to their programs. Our evaluation services include file audits, fiscal reviews and/or assessments of policies and procedures in accordance with funder requirements.

 

Upon completion of the evaluation process, NDCG will provide your organization with a detailed evaluation report that will include information for improving the management of both the day-to-day and long-term aspects of your program, a summary of progress toward goals and objectives, assessment of compliance with applicable regulations and an understanding of whether or not the program is, in fact, serving the purpose it was intended. 

 

The goal of our evaluation services is to demonstrate to your funders, partners, stakeholders, and the community that your program is effective and worth sustaining.

Performance Evaluations

NDCG recognizes that managing employee performance is an integral part of the long-term success of any organization.

 

NDCG will partner with your organization to design a performance evaluation tool and process that sets performance expectations and goals for staff; channels staff efforts toward achieving organizational objectives; provides a meaningful process by which employees can be rewarded for noteworthy contributions to the organization; and  provides a mechanism to improve individual and organizational performance as necessary.
