Grant Writing Training
NDCG’s Grant Writing Training can be customized to meet the needs of our clients and can be focused on specific funding opportunities.
Our introductory grant writing training covers how to write grant proposals from start to finish and how to locate and track relevant grant opportunities.
Training is provided on federal, state, local and private sector grants. The training will teach your staff everything they need to know to get started writing grants.
Fundraising Plan Development
After discussing your organization's funding needs, NDCG’s grants team will assist your organization in developing a Fundraising Plan to match your long-term funding needs and goals.
Upon completion, your organization will be provided with a robust fundraising plan that provides a clear roadmap for fundraising efforts, helping to keep your team focused on what matters most and prevent the chasing of every new idea or incompatible funding.
Grant Management Training
NDCG’s Grant Management Training is designed for organizations that are government grant recipients.
This training is customized based upon your current government funding sources and will teach your staff how to manage your federal, state and local government grants in accordance with applicable laws and mandatory compliance guidelines.

Proposal Technical Reviews
NDCG provides nonprofits comprehensive edits and/or in-depth technical reviews of grant proposals prior to submission or after a grant proposal has been declined funding.
During the proposal development process, we will help your development team by reviewing your proposal against submittal requirements and provide feedback to strengthen your application to increase your chances of success.
